Booking Conditions and Policy Information for Akarsu Turkish Restaurant
Thank you for choosing Akarsu Turkish Restaurant. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, please take note of the following policies:
Group Booking Deposits
• For bookings of 8 or more people, we require a £10 deposit per person, which will be deducted from your final bill.
• Deposits can be paid over the phone or in person at the restaurant (cash payments accepted).
• If a guest cannot attend, their deposit can be retained as long as you notify us at least 8 hours prior to your booking.
Booking Guidelines
• For group bookings of more than 6 people, please call us directly to arrange your reservation.
• For bookings of 10 or more people, we kindly request a preorder if possible.
Service Charge
• A 10% optional service charge will be added to the bill for bookings of more than 7 people. This is shared between our front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Special Requests
• High Chairs: If you require a high chair for your party, please let us know when booking.
• Mobility Assistance: Guests who cannot navigate stairs should request a ground floor table when making their reservation.
• Window Seats: Window tables can be requested but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Outdoor Dining: During the summer, we offer outdoor seating, which is dog-friendly. Please note that dogs are only allowed at outdoor tables.
Timing Information
• Last Booking Time: Our last booking is at 20:45, as the kitchen’s last orders are at 20:59. This ensures we have adequate time to prepare your meal.
• Closing Time: The restaurant typically closes at 22:00, though this may extend to 22:30, depending on customer volume.
Late Arrival Policy
• If you are running late, please inform us promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may reallocate your table to other guests.
